关于库布齐沙漠生态文明建设调研报告——以杭锦旗禁止开发区为例

Investigation report on ecological civilization construction in Kubuqi Desert—Based on a case study of prohibited development zone in Hanggin Banner,Inner Mongolia

本调研报告采用了社会学访谈法,针对杭锦旗境内的库布齐沙漠禁止开发区的生态文明建设状况进行了考察。报告比较分析了整体搬迁牧户和未搬迁牧户的生产生活状况,以及各自所承包草场的生态环境变化。报告同时还仔细分析了示范牧户的成功经验,强调了要在当地干旱的自然特征前提下,建立与自然条件相适应的生态建设举措与生产生活体系。

This research report adopts the sociological interview method to investigate the ecological civilization construction in the prohibited development zone of Kubuqi Desert in Hanggin Banner in Inner Mongolia, China. The report compares and analyzes the production and living conditions of the all relocated and non-relocated herdsmen households, as well as the ecological environment changes of their respective pastures. The report also carefully analyzes the successful experience of demonstration herdsmen households, stresses the need to establish ecological construction measures and production and living systems according to the natural conditions under the premise of drought features in local areas.
