摘要
城市黑臭水体治理工作是《水污染防治行动计划》的重点工作,也是难点工作,本文在系统分析我市黑臭水体水质水量特征及污染物来源的基础上,结合环境条件与控制目标,对我市黑臭水体现状、成因、治理措施进行了探讨,试图提供一些有效解决黑臭水体问题的对策和途径。
According to ＂The strategy of controlling and preventing wastewater ＂,administration of urban black smelly sewage is the key point as well as the difficult task.Combining the environment with controlling aims,the paper discusses the present situation , analyses the causes and offers some possible measurements,all of which are based on systematically analyzing.Sewage＇s qusllity and quantity with contominant source.The paper also manages to provide the comprehensive improvement of the urban sewage treatment system and water environment.
