摘要
为了优化车辆驾乘舒适性和驾驶稳定性,基于悬架在车辆正常行驶以及稳定中发挥的重要作用,介绍了在乘用车领域应用的拖拽式扭力梁非独立悬架、单横臂独立悬架、双横臂独立悬架、纵臂式独立悬架、斜臂式独立悬架。通过对不同车型及悬架设计调校不断优化实用效果的研究,设计新型单向约束型悬架,实现了对车辆的驾乘舒适性和驾驶稳定性优化的目标。
In order to optimize vehicle ride comfort and driving stability,according to the important role of suspension in normal running and driving stability,the applications of the modern suspension system in the field of passenger car were introduced,such as non-independent torsion beam suspension,single wishbone independent suspension,double wishbone independent suspension,trailing arm independent suspension,oblique arm independent suspension. Through the research on the practical effect of different models and suspension design,a new type of one-way constraintin dependent suspension was designed. The goals of vehicle ride comfort and driving stability optimization were achieved.
