Analysis and Improvement for Leakage of Transmission

通过对某公司各类变速器过去一年漏气故障信息的统计,可以得出螺栓孔、O形圈及油封漏气是导致变速器漏气的主要原因。分别针对这3个故障原因进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施。改进后,大大提升了试气合格率,同时大幅降低试气返工率。

Based on the leakage fault information statistics of all kinds of transmission of a company over the past year,the conclusion was that bolt hole,O-ring and oil seal leakage were major causes leading to transmission gas leakage. The three failure reasons were analyzed respectively,and corresponding improving measures were put forward. After improvement,the qualified rate of gas is greatly promoted,and rework rate is reduced greatly.
