就业创业教育与高校思想政治教育内在逻辑及融合

The Internal Logic and Integration of the Employment ＆ Entrepreneurship Education and the Ideological ＆Political Education in Colleges and Universities

思想政治教育与创业就业教育在实践中有着高度的内在融合性。一方面，高校思想政治教育是就业创业教育的有效载体，有的放矢地开展教育可以矫正从业观念、转变思想偏差。另一方面，开展就业创业教育是改进大学生思想政治工作的现实要求。因此，实现就业创业教育与高校思想政治教育的有机融合，需要我们把思想政治工作贯穿到创业就业指导的全过程，在把握高校思想政治教育新内涵的基础上，狠抓理想信念教育、职业道德教育、诚实守信教育与艰苦奋斗教育。

The ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education has a high intrinsic fu- sion in the practice. Firstly, the ideological and political education is an effective carrier of entrepreneurship ed- ucation to correct employment concepts and to erase the bias. Secondly, entrepreneurship education is a practi- cal requirement to improve the ideological and political work. Therefore, the integration of entrepreneurship ed- ucation and ideological and political education requires the ideological and political work running through the whole employment guidance, as well as the education of the ideals and beliefs, occupational morality, honesty and diligence based on the new connotation of the ideological and political education.
