养老服务供给重心须转向居家养老服务

A Study on the Transformation of the Old-age Service Supply to the Home-based Care Service

我国人口老龄化，不但进入加速发展阶段，而且呈显高龄化发展趋势；老龄化新趋势、新特点，呼唤加大养老服务供给；而养老事业的发展与服务供给，却远远满足不了养老服务的需求；为从根本上破解养老服务供需矛盾，必须更新养老服务观念，调整养老服务格局，创新养老服务模式，将服务供给的重心，转向居家养老服务，并构建与完善长期有效的养老服务保障体系。

The Chinese aging problem has stepped into a rapidly developing phase and has been accelera- ting with an advanced age tendency. Those new tendency and new features require an increase of the old-age service supply. The old-age care industry and the related services, however, cannot meet the growing demand. To radically resolve the contradiction between supply and demand, we must update the old-age service concept, adjust the old-age service pattern, bring forth new models, focus more on home-based care services, and estab- lish and perfect the effective, long-term care service system.
