商务英语综合应用能力标准研究

An Initial Study on the Standard for the Business English Proficiency

在我国，商务英语能力标准也受到很多商务英语教学者、测试者、使用者和用人单位的关注。针对我国商务英语能力标准体系尚未完善，如国外测试的支撑理论基础不符合我国国情和社会发展需求，国内商务英语测试项目、信度、效度、区分度受到质疑等问题，为构建符合我国国情和社会经济发展需求的商务英语能力共同量表和统一的商务英语综合应用能力标准，主要研究商务英语人才需求剧增的背景下如何界定商务英语的综合应用能力标准。从语言能力的五个方面分析了商务英语综合应用能力，重点研究了商务英语口语能力量表、商务英语阅读能力量表、商务英语翻译能力量表的研究方法、参考的理论依据、开发过程设计、研究困难与局限性及研究前景。

In China, business English proficiency standard is getting a lot of attention from learners, test- ers, users and employers. But as there is still no all-round system of standard in China, and as foreign theories are not as helpful as they are in the western world, the present business English tests such as BEC and CIBELT （ China International Business English Level Test） are widely doubted as far as their tested items, validity, reli- ability and discrimination are concerned. In order to build a set of proficiency standard for business English for the sake of Chinese users, this essay focuses on the research approaches, theories applied, route plan of five proficiency scales, which are BELPS, BESPS, BERPS, for other researchers＇ discussions and comments.
