骨康胶囊联合透明质酸钠局部注射对骨性关节炎的临床效果及安全性探讨

Clinical effect and safety of Gukang capsule combined with local injection of sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis

目的研究骨康胶囊与透明质酸钠局部注射联合治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果以及安全性。方法选取2012年3月至2015年3月在我院进行治疗的120例骨性关节炎患者,按照不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各60例。给予对照组患者透明质酸钠局部注射与氨基葡萄糖联合治疗,给予研究组患者骨康胶囊联合透明质酸钠治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的炎症因子白介素和肿瘤坏死因子水平的变化情况、骨关节功能评分和视觉模拟评分、治疗过程中不良反应发生情况以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,对照组患者体内的炎症因子白介素与肿瘤坏死因子水平有所降低,但幅度较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者体内的炎症因子白介素与肿瘤坏死因子水平明显降低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者骨关节功能评分与视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者与研究组的总有效率分别为75.00%和90.00%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率分别为11.67%和10.00%,组间比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨康胶囊与透明质酸钠联合治疗骨性关节炎的效果较佳,且不良反应发生率较低、安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Gukang capsule combined with local injection of sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with osteoarthritis treated in our hospital between March 2012 and March 2015 were included in this study, and divided into control group and study group according to the therapeutic methods, with 60 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with local injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine, while the patients in the study group were treated with Gukang capsule combined with local injection of sodium hyaluronate. The change in inflammatory factor interleukin and tumor necrosis factor, joint function scale and visual analogue scale before and after treatment, incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and total effective rate of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the inflammatory factor interleukin and tumor necrosis factor in patients of the control group decreased a little and the differences had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, while the inflammatory factor interleukin and tumor necrosis factor in patients of the study group decreased significantly and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The joint function scale and visual analogue scale of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the control group and the study group was respectively 75.00% and 90.00%, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, while the incidence rate of adverse reactions were 11.67% and 10.00% respectively, and the differences had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Gukang capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis is characterized by good effect, low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of popularization.
