无头加压螺钉内固定治疗成人肱骨小头冠状位骨折的临床疗效

The clinical effect of headless compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of coronal fracture of the capitellum humeri of adults

目的探索无头加压螺钉内固定治疗成人肱骨小头冠状位骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月至2016年6月我院收治的30例成人肱骨小头冠状位骨折患者,将患者动态随机分为两组,每组15例,对照组和观察组分别采用传统开放性手术治疗和无头加压螺钉内固定术治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后骨折愈合时间、Broberg-Morrey肘关节评分、住院时间、手术时间、生活质量量表评分均存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论无头加压螺钉内固定治疗成人肱骨小头冠状位骨折效果显著,且固定效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of headless compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of adult patients with coronal fracture of the capitellum humeri. Methods Thirty cases of adult patients with coronal fracture of the capitellum humeri from August 2012 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the objects and classified into two groups randomly, with 15 cases in each group. The control group and observation group received traditional open surgery and headless compression screw fixation treatment respectively. The clinical effect of the two groups was observed. Results There were significant difference in fracture healing time, Broberg Morrey elbow score, hospital stay time, operation time, the quality of life rating score between the two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The headless compression screw internal fixation in the treatment of adult patients with coronal fracture of the capitellum humeri has remarkable effect and remarkable fixed effect, which is worthy of popularizing in clinical.
