中医护理方案在消渴病患者护理中的临床应用效果探讨

目的分析中医护理方案在消渴病患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的96例消渴病患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序将所有患者分为研究组与对照组,各48例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者基于常规护理给予中医护理干预;对比两组消渴病患者的生存质量改善情况与临床护理满意度。结果研究组患者的生存质量改善情况与临床护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理方案在消渴病患者护理中的临床应用效果十分显著,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing program on patients with diabetes. Methods The clinical data of 96 cases of patients with diabetes admitted in our hospital from January 2014 and January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into study group （48 cases） and control group （48 cases） according to the hospital admission. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care, the patients in study group were given TCM nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. The quality of life improvement and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life improvement and clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group were obviously better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of TCM nursing is effective in clinical application on patients with diabetes, which is worthy of popularization in clinical nursing work.
