海南国际旅游岛居民心理健康的影响因素分析

Influencing factors of mental health of residents in Hainan international tourism island

目的探讨海南国际旅游岛居民心理健康状况。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法对3295名海南省居民心理健康状况进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果海南省居民SCL-90总分低于全国常模(P<0.01),而SCL-90各因子得分均明显高于全国常模(P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示,幸福总分、心理知晓卫生得分与SCL-90总分显负相关(P<0.01)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,进入回归方程的因素有幸福总分、婚姻状况、家庭生活、对环境满意度、生活是否单调、性格、参加聚会情况和家族3代有无心理疾病。根据标准回归系数的大小,作用最大的因素为幸福总分(β=0.426),其次为婚姻状况(β=0.097)。结论海南省居民心理健康状况不容乐观,应针对其影响因素采取必要的干预措施以提高其心理健康状况。

Objective To explore health condition of Hainan residents. Methods A survey was given to 3295 residents to investigate their metal status by multi-stage random sampling method,and data was analyzed by SPSS19. 0 software. Results SCL-90 total score of residents in Hainan Province was lower than the national norm（ P 〈 0. 01）,and subscale scores of SCL-90 were all significantly higher than the national norm（ P 〈 0. 01）. Correlated analysis showed that health score and psychological awareness were negatively correlated to SCL-90 scores（ P 〈 0. 01）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors into the regression equation were happy score,marital status,family life,environmental satisfaction,monotonous life or not,the characters,situation of participation to parties and mental illness or not of three generations. According to the standardized regression coefficients,the biggest factor was happiness score（ β = 0. 426）,followed by marital status（ β =0. 097）. Conclusion Mental health of Hainan residents is not optimistic,necessary interventions should be done to improve their mental health.
