摘要
目的探讨术后营养护理对蛛网膜下腔出血术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取80例蛛网膜下腔出血手术患者设为观察组,术后给予营养目标策略护理,另选取同期收治的40例蛛网膜下腔出血手术患者为对照组,术后给予常规营养护理。比较2组术后的营养状况、负氮平衡情况、康复情况等。结果观察组营养7 d时的白蛋白、前白蛋白高于对照组,负氮平衡情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的机械通气时间、住ICU时间短于对照组,并发症少于对照组,预后好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强蛛网膜下腔出血术后营养护理能够使患者尽快达到营养治疗目标,促进机体康复,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative nutritional nursing on the functional recovery of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 subarachnoid hemorrhage patients in our hospital were as observation group and were given nutrition goal strategy nursing. Another 40 subarachnoid hemorrhage patients in the same period were as control group,and were given routine nutritional after operation. Nutritional status,burden balance and rehabilitation of two groups were compared. Results The levels of serum albumin and pre albumin after 7 d of nutrition in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the negative nitrogen balance was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The mechanical ventilation time and ICU time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the complications were less than those in the control group,the prognosis was better than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Strengthening nutrition nursing for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage can achieve the goal of nutritional therapy as soon as possible,promote the recovery of the body,and improve the prognosis.
