摘要
目的探索护士与营养师合作管理肝硬化营养不良患者的运行模式,研究其在改善肝硬化患者营养状态中的作用。方法收集本院肝硬化营养不良患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对比分析根据营养处方由护士及营养师合作管理肝硬化患者与常规营养护理方式的肝硬化患者的营养指标、肝功能、症状改善等。结果干预2个月时,观察组与对照组的BMI之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的BMI显著高于对照组;干预1个月后,观察组营养良好的患者比例显著高于对照组;干预2个月后观察组患者的乏力、食欲减退等的改善显著优于对照组,腹胀、尿少等的改变情况比较无显著差异。观察组患者的各类蛋白和尿素氮的改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护士和营养师合作管理模式下,通过营养处方的制定和实施,能改善患者营养状况。
Objective To explore Application of collaboration management of nutritional prescriptions by nurses and nutritionists in nutritional support for patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with malnutrition and liver cirrhosis in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group. Nutritional index,liver function,symptom improvement of two groups was compared. Results At two months of intervention,there was significant difference in BMI in the two groups( P 〈 0. 05),and BMI of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. And observation group had higher proportion of good nutrition patients than the control group after one month of intervention. After two months of treatment,the observation group had higher improvement in fatigue and loss of appetite,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in distension and oliguria. The improvement of ALT,and BUN in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Collaboration management of nutritional prescriptions under the cooperation of can improve nutrition nurses and nutritionists of patients.
