告警编号重复导致LTE小区退服统计异常问题分析

The Analysis About The Abnormal Statistics of LTE Cell Out of Service Due to the Alarm ID Duplication

通过对爱立信LTE基站小区退服率统计异常的分析,发现了由于3GPP规范中LTE无线告警的告警编号生成规则问题导致不同告警产生相同的告警编号,进而引发爱立信OMC对小区退服告警/告警清除消息进行了错误的丢弃和匹配,从而导致小区退服统计错误。通过完善告警编号生成规则,引入Notification ID因子,解决了告警编号重复的问题,保证了告警处理的正确性。

Through the analysis of Ericsson＇ s LTE base station cell out of service rate statistical error, this paper found that due to the LTE alarm Id generation rule problem of 3GPP specifications, different alarms produce the same alarm ID. Which cause the error discard and mismatch of the cell out of service alarm message and alarm clear message, and resulting in cell out of service statistical error. This paper solved this problem by introduced Notification ID factor to improve the alarm ID generation rule.
