摘要
考察了一种油溶性表面活性剂型温拌剂及其用量对SKAH-70沥青和SBS改性沥青感温性能(包括针入度指数(PI)、当量软化点(T800)、当量脆点(T1.2)和黏温指数(VTS))的影响。结果表明:温拌剂用量为0-2.0%时,温拌剂降低了sKAH-70沥青和SBS改性沥青的PI,使两种沥青中温时的感温性能变差;温拌剂略微增加了SBS改性沥青的T1.2,从而使SBS改性沥青的低温抗裂性能略微变差,而其对sKAH-70沥青的低温抗裂性能没有明显影响;温拌剂降低了两种沥青的‰,使其在中高温时的抗塑性变形能力变差,随其用量增加,两种沥青‰均呈降低趋势,且SBS改性沥青‰降低的幅度大于sKAH-70沥青;温拌剂使两种沥青在高温时的温度敏感性呈略有降低趋势。
We studied the effects of surfactant warm mix agent and its dosage on asphalt~ and SBS modi- fied asphalCs temperature susceptibility performance, such as penetration index (PI), equivalent breaking point ( T1.2 ), equivalent softening point ( T800 ) and viscosity temperature index (VTS). Test results showed that when the surfactant warm mix agent content is in the range of 0- 2. 0 %, the PI of both asphalts de- creased as the surfactant warm mix agent content increasing, which deteriorated the temperature susceptibility of both asphalts at middle temperature. The T1. 2 of SBS modified asphalt slightly reduced by adding surfactant warm mix agent, thus the low temperature crack resistance is deteriorated, while this performance of SK AH - 70 asphalt was rarely affected. Adding warm mix surfactant decreased the T800 of both asphalts, thus the plastic deformation resistance at mid -high temperature range deteriorates, SBS modified asphalt reduced more than the other one. The high temperature susceptibility of the two asphalts showed somewhat decrease trends with the increasing of the surfactant warm mix agent.
