摘要
通过试验研究矿粉、纤维对沥青胶浆和沥青混合料高、低温性能的影响,并分析沥青胶浆和沥青混合料性能之间的关系。结果表明:矿粉对沥青胶浆具有模量增效作用,增强其高温性能,而纤维具有更优的高温性能增效性;矿粉、纤维使得沥青胶浆的劲度模量S增大、蠕变速率m减小,给沥青胶浆的低温性能带来不利影响。粉胶比增大使得混合料高温性能增强,低温抗裂性能降低,可见沥青胶浆与沥青混合料的高低温性能随粉胶比变化具有一致性,说明沥青胶浆品质对沥青混合料影响非常大;纤维能改善沥青混合料的高温性能,同时纤维替代少量矿粉也能增强沥青混合料的低温性能。因此控制粉胶比、加入适量的纤维能有效改善沥青混合料高低温性能。
We studied the effects of mineral powder& fiber on asphalt mortar and asphalt mixture's high -low temperature perfrbnnance through experiments, besides; we also analyzed the relevance between asphalt mortar and asphalt mixture's performance. The results indicated that the mineral powder had a modulus in- creasing effect on asphalt mortar, and enhanced the high temperature performance, while fiber enhanced more. The mineral powder, fiber increased the stiffness modulus of asphalt mortar S and decreased creep rate m, and this weakened the low temperature performance of the asphalt mortar. The increasing of filler/asphalt ratio enhanced high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, weakened the low temperature crack resist- ance. So the high - low temperature performance of asphalt mortar and asphalt mixture is consistent with pow- der - rubber ratio, and it showed the quality of asphalt mortar is very important to asphalt mixture. The fiber improved the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture. If a little fiber was added instead of mineral powder, it also enhanced the low temperature performance. So controlling the filler/asphalt ratio, 'adding suit- able amount of fiber will effectively improve the high - low temperature performance of asphalt mixture.
