摘要 油砂减压渣油具有蜡含量低、低温性能好等特点,是生产道路沥青的优质原料。为寻找替代资源,拓宽中海油生产道路沥青的原料来源,通过直接蒸馏、渣油调合及原油混炼等工艺考察油砂沥青生产沥青的可行性。结果表明,对油砂沥青直接蒸馏,得到的〉450℃减压渣油馏分符合交通部70#A级重交道路沥青产品规范;油砂沥青与中海油四种原油混炼,其中得到的三种沥青满足交通部70#A级重交道路沥青的要求,与油砂沥青减压渣油和中海油四种减压渣油调合相比,混炼得到的沥青蜡含量降低较明显,沥青低温性能也得到很好的改善。 With low wax content and good low temperature performance, vacuum residue from sand oil is quality material for road asphalt production. We studied the feasibility of producing asphalt form sand oil by direct distillation, vacuum residue blending and oil mixing to search for substitute resources and broaden raw materials of road asphalt. The results show that vacuum residue ( 〉 450 ℃ ) by direct distillation meets the requirements of 70#A road asphalt. Three kinds of asphalt that meet the requirements of 70#A road asphalt are obtained by sand- oil mixing other four CNOOC crude oil. The wax content from mixing oil is significantly lower and the low temperature performance is better, comparing with vacuum residue from oil - sand and other four crude oil.
