英汉条件句的语义分类研究

A Study of the Semantic Classification of English and Chinese Conditionals

对于英汉条件句,许多学者都提出了各自的分类方法,涉及到不同的分类方式和标准。综合前人研究,据条件与结果之间的语义关联对英汉条件句的语义进行系统分类,为充分条件句、必要条件句和充要条件句。此分类方法有助于人们了解英汉条件句语义类型的共性,为英汉语言习得、教学和研究提供一些参考和启示。

As to English and Chinese conditionals, many scholars present their own classification methods, involving different classification ways and standards. Combining the previous researches, this thesis makes a systematic se-mantic classification of English and Chinese conditionals. English and Chinese conditionals both can make semantic classification in terms of the semantic correlation between condition and result： sufficient conditional, necessary con-ditional, sufficient and necessary conditional. This classification is expected to help people know better about the universalities and provide some reference and enlightenment for English and Chinese acquisition, teaching and re-search.
