五台山风景区整改前后游客满意度对比研究

摘要 文章通过收集各大旅游网站游客点评,利用文本分析法研究五台山风景区整改前后游客满意度差异情况.研究结果表明:整治后游客对景区餐饮、住宿、交通、游览配套设施、导游服务以及员工服务的满意度总体上高于整治前,但在服务方面仍有提升空间.另外,在景区整治前后,游客对景区风景和卫生条件都比较满意,而对门票和管理比较不满意.最后,提出了相应的整改对策,为经营者和管理者进一步做好景区整改工作和提升景区竞争力提供指导. According to the web reviews, to research the differences on the tourists' satisfaction before and after the rectification of the mountWutai scenic area by the network text analysis. The results show that: after the rectification, the tourists have a better satisfaction for caterers, accommodation, transportation, basic equipment facilities, tour-guide service and employee services. And there is a lot of room for improvement in the terms of serve. In addition, before and after the rectified, the tourists are all satisfied with the scenery and sanitary condition. However, they are all not satisfied with the tickets and managements. Basis on this, some measures are put forward to do a better rectification work, which are improve the competitiveness of the scenic area.
