摘要
本文采用纵向霍尔探头特斯拉计对带柱形孔和带沉头孔的4种圆柱钕铁硼强磁铁的孔内和表面磁感应强度分布进行了检测研究,设计了测量装置和方法,分析了不同形状和尺寸的柱形孔和沉头孔对圆柱形磁铁磁场分布的影响,可为相关磁铁的实际应用提供参考。
The magnetic induction intensity distributions of four kinds of cylindrical NdFeB magnets with cylindrical holes and countersunk holes are measured by longitudinal Hall probe Teslometer. The measuring device and method are designed and the influence of cylindrical hole and countersunk hole with different shape and size on the magnetic field distribution of cylindrical magnet is analyzed. The results can provide reference for the practical application of related magnets.
