摘要
加热器是机构箱的驱潮元件,其正常运行是维持机构箱干燥环境的重要条件,频繁逐个开箱检查的工作量过大,难以实现,而采用温度感受法检查存在烫伤风险。本文提出用感温贴纸和监测工作电流两种方法实现加热器实时工况监测,实施效果良好,有效的提高了加热器故障的识别率和处理速度。
The heater is a moisture removal component whose normal operation is critical for maintaining the mecha- nism box dry. As the enormous workload makes it impossible to carry out open-case inspection frequently and there exists a risk of bums for using the temperature sensing method, in this paper, we propose to use the temperature stick- ers and monitor the working current in two ways to achieve real-time monitoring of the heater, which works well and can effectively improve the recognition rate and the processing speed of the heater failure.
