鄱阳湖流域水资源生态补偿现状、问题与对策

Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of the Ecological Compensation of Water Resources in Poyang Lake Basin

本文通过对鄱阳湖水资源污染情况的分析,得出该流域污染的主要原因,并据此设计了相应的调研问卷,对鄱阳湖流域的农户展开了入户调研,并且对有关农户鄱阳湖污染的主要原因、农户接受补偿方式的意愿、补偿金额进行了分析,从提高农户文化水平、水资源保护意识方面提出保护鄱阳湖流域水资源的对策。

Based on the analysis of the pollution of water resources in Poyang Lake, we find the main causes of pollu- tion in the watershed, design a corresponding questionnaire, and carry out a household survey on the Poyang Lake Basin. In this paper, we analyze the main causes of the pollution, farmers＇ will to accept compensation and the amount of compensation. The countermeasures for protecting the water resources of Poyang Lake Basin are put for- ward in respect of the improvement of farmers＇ educational level and the protection of water resources.
