摘要 大数据为智库服务提供了更加丰富的数据资源,带来可量化的数据分析技术,展现了广阔的合作视野。在大数据环境下,高校图书馆联盟智库服务主要定位于提供科技信息创新服务、提供高校政策咨询服务、提供知识咨询服务以及提供科技成果评价及转化推广服务。各个成员馆应树立大数据意识,增强共享资源的支撑力;创新人才队伍建设,强化人才资源储备。高校图书馆联盟应健全保障机制,确保数据安全;借力跨界合作,扩大智库影响力。通过多方要素的驱动,促进高校图书馆联盟智库服务的发展。 Big data for think tank service provides more abundant data shows the wide range of cooperation.The think tank service of university resources, brings quantifiable data analysis technologies and library consortia is orientated towards providing information science and technology innovation service, consultation service for university policy, consultation service for university knowledge, and evaluation, transformation and promotion services of scientific and technological achievements. Each member library should set up the consciousness of big data, strengthen the support of shared resources, innovative talent team construction and strengthen the talent resources reserves. University library consortia should improve the safeguard mechanism, ensure the data security, carry out cross-border cooperation and expand think tank influence.Through the various elements of the drive to promote the development of think tank service of university library consortia.
