电力系统小型基建的项目管理方法分析

在电力系统的不断升级完善下,电力基建工程也在逐步地进行发展,在这样的过程中,需要不断地提高电力系统基建工程的项目管理质量,以此来适应新时期的电力发展需求。文章结合电力系统小型基建的特点和影响其施工质量的主要因素,对电力系统小型基建的项目管理方法进行分析。

In the continuous upgrading and improvement of power system, power infrastructure projects are gradually developing, in this process, it is needed to constantly improve the power system of the construction engineering project quality management, in order to adapt to the development of electric power demand in the new period. In this paper, the characteristics of power system and the main factors affecting the construction quality of the power system were combined to analyze the power system of small infrastructure project management methods.
