在电力企业中,业扩工作是销售以及电力供应的受理环节,是非常重要的一个环节。近年来,客户的需求在不断增长,业扩的工作也需要不断提高服务质量,不断创新理念,才能使客户真正满意,进而不断提升企业的形象以及经济效益。文章对业扩工作中的问题进行了分析,提出具有特色的管理手段,希望可以为电力企业提供一定的参考。
