摘要
文章围绕高校学生就业管理工作的特点,总结现有就业管理信息系统的弊端,设计了带有数据分析功能的就业管理信息系统。该系统采取了基于就业过程的管理思路,同时为高校就业管理者提供了决策分析依据。
This paper summarized the disadvantages of the existing employment management information system around the characteristics of college students＇ employment management, and designed a employment management information system with data analysis function,which adopts the management thought based on the employment process, and provides the basis of decision analysis for the university employment management at the same time.
