摘要
目前,锂离子电池是在便携式设备、电动汽车、储能等领域应用比较广泛的一款新能源电池。而铝壳锂离子电池与其他壳体相比较,因为重量轻、比能量高、安全性好、使用寿命长等优点,被广泛应用。铝壳在空气中会形成一层钝化保护膜,耐腐蚀性较好。但是在水溶液中铝壳是否会发生腐蚀,为什么会发生腐蚀,则没有人做过系统研究。本文主要研究了铝壳锂离子电池在弱酸性水溶液中的腐蚀现象。
As a new energy battery, Lithium-ion battery is widely used in many fields~ such as portable devices, electric vehicles, energy storage. Compared with other can, Aluminum can lithium-ion battery is widely used because of its light weight, high specific energy, good safety, long life and other advantages.Aluminum has good corrosion resistance because it form a passivation layer of protective film in the air. But whether the Aluminum can lithium ion battery corrosion will happen in the aqueous solution, why would happen corrosion, nobody made systematic research.This paper mainly studies the Aluminum can lithium ion battery corrosion phenomena in weak acid aqueous solution.
