摘要 在所有开关电源中,单端输出反激式变换器的电路结构最为简单,使用元器件少,成本低廉,功率虽小,应用却很广泛,业内人士及业余爱好者多有选用。高频变压器磁芯的选择与估算方式方法很多,目前运用最多最时尚的是:确定磁芯的截面积与绕线窗口面积的乘积AP法。本文选取了几个具有代表性的估算AP值的公式,以实际验证的方式领略它们各自的特点,以尽快掌握其应用,然后加以比较(包括其它方式方法),找出最适合的磁芯估算方式方法或公式。 Among all the switching power supply, the circuit structure of single-ended flyback converter is the simplest with few components, low cost and low power. However, it is widely used and accepted by insiders and amateurs. There are many selection and estimation methods of the magnetic core of high frequency transformer. The most popular one is AP method to ensure the cross-section area and winding area. This paper selects several typical formulas to estimate AP value, experiencing their own features through practice to master its application as fast as possible. Finally, the most suitable method or formula can be found with comparison or other approaches.
