紫外分光光度法测定柴胡中多糖含量

Determination of polysaccharide in Bupleuri Radix by UV

目的采用紫外分光光度法测定柴胡中多糖含量。方法采用苯酚-硫酸显色法,以葡萄糖为对照品,490 nm为检测波长。结果测得柴胡中多糖的平均含量为15.8%,平均回收率为98.9%。结论该方法简便、快速且提取率高,可用于柴胡中多糖的含量测定。

Objective To develop an UV method for the determination of polysaccharide in Bupleuri Radix. Meth- ods The phenol-sulfuric acid was used as chromogenic agent, and glucose was used as the reference standard. The detection wavelength was set at 490 nm. Results The average content of polysaccharide was 15.8% ,and the aver- age recovery rate was 98.9%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and has high extraction rate,which can be used for the determination of polysaccharide in Bupleuri Radix.
