摘要
目的探讨苦苣黄酮的体外抗氧化活性。方法采用紫外分光光度法研究苦苣黄酮对羟自由基(·OH)清除的效果,用硫代巴比妥酸法测定小鼠组织及肝线粒体、微粒体中丙二醛(MDA)含量,用分光光度法测定肝线粒体膨胀程度及黄酮对脱氧核糖-铁体系产生的·OH以及红细胞溶血的抑制作用。结果苦苣黄酮能有效清除·OH,并能显著抑制肝组织MDA的产生以及红细胞氧化溶血,并且随着莴苣黄酮浓度的增加,抑制率加大,具有一定的量效关系。结论苦苣黄酮具有较好的体外抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of flavonoids from the sonchus oleraceus .Methods To study the effect of hydroxyl radical ( · OH) removal of flavonoid from the sonchus oleraceus by UV spectrophotometry . The spectrophotometric was employed to determine the effect of flavonoids of sonchus oleraceus on · OH induced he-molysis of red blood cells and liver lipid oxidation and the swelling of mitochondria of liver .Results Sonchus olera-ceus flavonoids could effectively scavenge · OH,and its half inhibitory concentration for 50.13 g/L;and had an obvi-ous inhibitory effect on H 2 O2 induced erythrocyte hemolysis ,liver lipid over oxidation of MDA and V C-Fe2+system in-duced by liver mitochondria swelling in dose-dependent manner .Conclusion Sonchus oleraceus flavonoids has good antioxidant activity in vitro.
