摘要
应用《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)和《世界残疾报告》观点来论述残疾、无障碍环境与辅助器具的应用。人类历史就是人造环境的发展史,残疾是人与环境不协调的一种状况。辅助器具是无障碍环境的基础,创建无障碍环境的实质就是用辅助器具来帮助残疾人克服在环境里遇到的障碍。
Based on ICF and World Report on Disability a review on the relationship among disability, accessibility and assistive devices is discussed by this paper. The paper points out that the history of human being is the history of human-made environment, and that the disability is part of the human condition where persons and the environment are not coordinated. Assistive devices are the basis for building barrier-free environment and the essence of creating a barrier-free environment is to use assistive devices to help persons with disability to overcome the obstacles in the environments.
