干法脱硫灰对水泥性能的影响研究

摘要 在对比了化学试剂CaSO_3·1/2H_2O和CaSO_4·2H_2O对水泥凝结时间的影响基础上,进一步利用CFB-FGD干法脱硫工艺产生的脱硫灰研究了对水泥的凝结时间、力学性能、安定性、外加剂相容性等性能的影响。结果表明,以CaSO_3·1/2H_2O为主要成分的脱硫灰有显著的缓凝效果,对不同熟料随其掺量增大对强度的影响表现不同,但都表现为超过一定限量后强度降低趋势加快;从扩展度经时损失率角度而言,相对于石膏有较好的外加剂相容性,尤其当使用聚羧酸系减水剂时更好。 Based on the comparison of effect on cement setting time between the chemical reagent CaSO3- 1/2H2Oand CaSO4· 2H2O, I further uses desulfurization ash which comes from CFB FGD - dry desulfurization technology to study the the influence of setting time, mechanical performance, stabilily, admixtures compatibility, etc.Resuhs show that CaS03" 1/2H20 as the main composition of the de- sulfurization ash has obvious retarding effect, which has different intensity with the increase of the dosage of different clinker, but when gets a certain limit , both performance show the trend of strength decrease accelerately;From the point of the loss rate of the ex- tension degree, It has good admixture compatibility relative to the gypsum, especially when poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is better.
