中医骨伤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of TCM Orthopedics Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的：研究分析中医骨伤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法分析2014年3月～2015年3月收治的100例神经根型颈椎病患者的病历资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组神经根型颈椎病患者应用常规西医治疗，观察组中的患者应用中医骨伤治疗，对比分析两组神经根型颈椎病患者的临床疗效。结果观察组神经根型颈椎病患者临床总有效率（98％）和对照组神经根型颈椎病患者的临床总有效率（80％）比较，明显较高，P＜0．05，有统计学意义。观察组神经根型颈椎病患者治疗后，客观评分为（18．52±2．65）分、主观评分为（26．50±5．42）分，总评分为（42．92±5．78）分。对照组神经根型颈椎病患者治疗后，客观评分为（17．42±2．25）分、主观评分为（22．50±5．36）分，总评分为（39．90±5．82）分。观察组神经根型颈椎病患者治疗后的主观积分、客观计分以及总积分和对照组比较，明显较高，P＜0．05，有统计学意义。结论神经根型颈椎病患者应用中医骨伤治疗，临床疗效显著，安全性和可行性较高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM orthopedics treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylo -sis.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were 100 cases of cervical spon-dylotic radiculopathy patients , randomly divided into control group and observation group , control group patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis the conventional Western medicine treatment , patients with the application of tradi-tional Chinese medicine bone fracture treatment in the observation group , comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy .Results The clinical observation of patients with cervical spondylo-sis of nerve root type total efficiency （98%） and the control group of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy total efficiency （80%）.P〈0.05 was significantly higher , statistically significant.To observe the treatment of cervical spon-dylosis of nerve root type group , the objective score was （18.52 ±2.65 ） points, the subjective score was （26.50 ± 5.42） points, the total score was （42.92 ±5.78）.The control group of nerve root type cervical After the treatment of patients with vertebral disease and objective score （17.42 ±2.25） and subjective score （22.50 ±536）, the total score for （ 39.90 ±5.82 ） .Observation group of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients subjective integral , objective score and total score and the control group , significantly higher , P〈0.05 , with statistical significance .Conclusions Nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone healing and has significant clinical efficacy , safety and feasibility of high , it is worth of clinical application .
