摘要
目的探讨虫草菌酚酚对支气管哮喘患者免疫功能的影响。方法选支气管哮喘患者60例,随机分成两组:治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用金水宝胶囊治疗。观察患者的临床效果。结果哮喘患者T细胞亚群Th1/Th2、Th2/Treg比例失衡;金水宝胶囊可在一定程度上纠正Th1/Th2、Th2/Treg比例失衡,降低血清Ig E水平。结论金水宝胶囊能调动自身的免疫,改善哮喘患者临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of Cordyceps sinensis on immune function in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 60 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group patients on the basis of conventional treatment with the use of the capsule .To observe the clinical effect of patients .Results Tcell sub-sets Th1/Th2 and Th2/Treg ratio imbalance in asthma patients .The ratio of Th1/Th2 and Th2/Treg could be corrected to a certain extent , and the serum level of IgE was decreased .Conclusions Bao Bao capsule can mobilize their own im-munity, improve the clinical symptoms of asthma patients .
