吡非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Pirfenidone in the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的研究吡非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床效果。方法选取48例特发性肺纤维化患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组24例,对照组采用吸氧、N-乙酰半胱氨酸等常规对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,加用吡非尼酮治疗,对比两组患者的血气分析参数包括动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、Pa O2/Pa CO2;肺功能相关指标包括用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC%、6 min步行实验。结果对照组患者肺功能无明显改善,观察组肺功能明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,详见表1。治疗后的血气指标情况,观察组和对照组患者差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论吡非尼酮可改善特发性肺纤维化的肺功能,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Pirfenidone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis . Methods 48 cases of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into observation group and con -trol group, 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment , the observation group was treated with Pirfenidone on the basis of conventional therapy . 〈br〉 Blood gas analysis parameters were compared between 2 groups including PaO2 , PaCO2 , PaO2/PaCO2;the related inde-xes of lung function included FVC , FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, 6 minutes walk test were tested and compared .Results The lung function of patients in the observation group was significantly improved , the differences were statistically significant , P〈0.05 , see table 1.There was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups after treatment , P〉0.05.Conclusions Pirfenidone can improve the pulmonary function of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis , is worthy of promotion.
