舒适护理在颈椎病患者康复期的应用

Clinical Analysis of Comfort Nursing for Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的：探讨舒适护理在颈椎病患者康复期的临床应用效果。方法选择2015年2月～2016年2月治疗的颈椎病患者100例，在遵照患者个人意愿的前提下采用随机方法，将其分为观察组与对照组（各50例），对照组将采用常规的护理方法，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采用舒适护理。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率（96．00％）明显高于对照组患者（84．00％），观察组的护理满意度（96．00％）优于对照组（72．00％），两组比较具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论颈椎病患者康复期应用舒适护理，有效地提高了患者的临床疗效与护理满意度，护理效果得到明显改善，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application of comfortable nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis rehabilitation period.Methods Choice in February 2015 to February 2016, 100 cases of cervical spondylosis patients treated in our hospital , on the premise of comply with patients individual apiration with random method , it can be divided into observation group and control group （50 cases） and control group using conventional care method , observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing using comfortable nursing .Results Total effective rate of observation group patients （96.00%） is significantly higher than the control group （84.00%） patients, observation group nursing satisfaction （96.00%） than the control group （72.00%）, comparing the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Cervical spondylosis patients convalescence application of comfort nursing care , effectively im-prove the patient＇s clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction , nursing effect is improved obviously , is worth populari-zation and application in clinic .
