摘要 油压减振器是机车车辆走行部上的重要部件,它是吸收和缓解机车车辆在运行时产生冲击和振动的主要部件,能够提高车辆运行的安全性、平稳性和舒适度。随着我国铁路事业的发展和机车车辆运行速度的提高,原有的减振器制造、检修标准已不能适应发展的需要,需要有与世界发达国家同步的标准以及检测设备,因此设计制造符合新标准的试验设备就是当务之需。 Hydraulic damper is an important component of the running gear on locomotive. To improve the safety,stability and comfort of vehicle operation,it plays the main part to absorb and mitigate the impact and vibration of the locomotive. Along with the development of the railway industry and the improvement of the running speed of the locomotive, the manufacturing and maintenance standards for the original hydraulic damper can not meet the needs of the development. So it's necessary to have the standards and testing equipment synchronized with the developed countries. Therefore, the design and manufacture of new standards in line with the test equipment is a priority.
