摘要
针对某钢铁公司中央水处理"两进线一母线"供电模式下,运用西门子s7-200PLC自动化控制及网络技术,对进线、联络开关逻辑联锁及切换分析、研究,着重阐述了PLC实现开关自动控制系统设计思路,依托WINCC监控画面,实现人机远程监控及操作。并在实践中进行应用,该系统能满足系统供电连续性的要求,对提高设备安全运行水平具有较强的实用性,期望本研究能为其他低压进线、联络开关控制改造带来启发和帮助。
Aiming at the central water treatment“two lines into a bus line”power supply mode of a iron and steel company,this article uses the Siemens s7-200 PLC automation control and network technology, it's an emphasis to use the PLC to realize automatic switch control system design, based on WINCC monitoring picture to realize remote monitoring for the man-machine operation. And the application in practice,the system can meet the requirements of system power supply continuity,to improve the level of safe operation of the equipment which has strong practicability,expect this research can bring inspiration and help to other low voltage into line,contact switch control reform.
