摘要
气缸套是镶嵌在内燃机缸体内的圆筒形零件,是发动机燃烧室的一部分。气缸套的材料必须要能够承受高温、高压,而且还要是耐磨、耐腐蚀的材料。主要介绍了汽车工业的特种陶瓷材料在气缸套上的应用,用UG建模,并用ANSYS分析气缸套镶嵌在气缸体内的温度场及应力变形情况,分析陶瓷材料在气缸套上的应用可行性,结论证明是可行的。
The cylinder sleeve is a cylinder shaped part embedded in the cylinder body of an internal combustion engine cylinder, and is a part of the engine combustion chamber. The material of the cylinder liner must be able to withstand high temperature and high pressure, but also wear and corrosion resistant materials. Application of automobile industry of special ceramic materials in the cylinder sleeve are mainly introduced in this article, by using the UG modeling, and using ANSYS analysis of cylinder cover is embedded in the cylinder body of the temperature field and stress deformation, analysis of the feasibility and application of ceramic materials in the cylinder liner. The conclusion is feasible.
