中医护理干预肝动脉栓塞化疗术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on nausea and vomiting of patients after transcatheter hepatoarterial chemoembolization

目的:观察中医护理技术对肝动脉栓塞化疗术后患者恶心呕吐的应用疗效。方法:将2015年7月至12月入住本院介入科行肝动脉栓塞化疗术的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上采用中医护理操作技术辅助干预,观察两组术后恶心呕吐的控制情况及缓解时间。结果:中医护理技术干预组的控制有效率高于对照组(P=0.002),两组恶心呕吐缓解时间分别为(2.62±1.32)d和(3.76±1.61)d,观察组缓解时间明显短于对照组(P=0.011)。结论:中医护理干预作为辅助治疗方式可提高肝动脉栓塞化疗术后恶心呕吐缓解率,较快缓解患者恶心呕吐症状,减轻患者痛苦,增强其抗病信心,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） nursing on nausea and vomiting of patients after transcatheter hepatoarterial chemoembolization. Methods： Between July and November of2015,80 patients accepted liver arterial chemoembolization were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the control group,patients were treated with routine therapy,while TCM nursing combined with routine therapy was carried out in the treatment group. The controlling situation and the relief time of nausea and vomiting of two groups were investigated. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05） and the relief times in the two groups was（ 2. 62 ±1. 32） d and（ 3. 76 ± 1. 61） d respectively. The relief time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM nursing,as an adjunctive treatment,combined with routine treatment can evaluate the remission rate of nausea and vomiting of patients after transcatheter hepatoarterial chemoembolization and relive the symptoms quickly,which can alleviate the patients’ suffering and enhance patients’ confidence,it is worthy of promotion.
