社区综合干预对老年临界高血压患者预防治疗效果

Effect of community comprehensive intervention on the prevention and treatment of elderly patients with critical hypertension

目的:探讨社区综合干预对老年临界高血压患者的预防治疗效果。方法:选取我社区医院2012年1月至2014年6月收治的140例老年临界高血压患者作为研究对象,将2012年1月至2013年3月的70例患者作为对照组,2013年4月至2014年6月的70例患者作为干预组。其中干预组患者给予社区综合干预,对照组患者仅给予常规干预,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果:两组患者经干预后收缩压、舒张压均有明显下降(P<0.01),但干预组下降得更为显著(P<0.01);经1年干预后,干预组有24.29%的患者进展至高血压,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血压恢复正常的占40.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01);干预组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活得分分别为(93.1±5.3)分、(92.5±6.5)分、(93.4±3.9)分、(94.0±5.2)分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:社区综合干预可有效控制临界高血压患者的血压水平,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of community comprehensive intervention on the prevention and treatment of elderly patients with critical hypertension. Methods： 140 elderly patients with critical hypertension in our community hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were selecetd as the research objects,70 patients from January 2012 to March 2013 were selected as control group,70 patients from April 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the intervention group. The intervention group patients were given community comprehensive intervention,the control group patients were given routine intervention,the intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results： The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0. 01）,but the intervention group decreased more significantly（ P 〈 0. 01）. After 1 years of intervention,in the intervention group,24. 29% of the patients progressed to high blood pressure,accounting for significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,blood pressure returned to normal,accounting for 40%,significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Physical function,psychological function,social function and material life score in intervention group was respectively（ 93. 1 ± 5. 3）,（ 92. 5 ± 6. 5）,（ 93. 4 ± 3. 9）,（ 94. 0 ±5. 2）,which were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Community comprehensive intervention can effectively control the blood pressure levels of critical hypertension patients,improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
