优质护理对股骨颈骨折患者术后心理健康及下肢功能恢复的影响

Effect of high quality nursing on mental health and functional recovery of lower limb of patients with femoral neck fracture after surgery

目的:研究优质护理服务对股骨颈骨折患者术后心理健康、下肢功能恢复及护理满意度的影响。方法:以2015年3月至2015年10月期间前来我院就诊的70例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和研究组两组,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用优质护理服务。比较两组患者负重下床活动时间、骨折愈合率、并发症发生率、术后1个月心理状态及护理满意度的差异。结果:研究组患者负重下床活动时间、骨折愈合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1个月研究组患者焦虑及抑郁程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者对护理工作及治疗效果满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可加快股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢功能的恢复,对患者心理健康有积极影响,改善了护患关系,提高了护理满意度,值得在骨科临床推广。

Objective： To study the effect of high quality nursing service on mental health,lower limb function recovery and nursing satisfaction of patients with femoral neck fracture after surgery. Methods： 70 cases of femoral neck fracture patients in our hospital had been chosen for the study during March 2015 to October 2015. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,the patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,the patients in the study group with high quality nursing service. The weight-bearing off-bed activity time,fracture healing rate,incidence of complications,the psychological state after one month and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： In the study group,the weight-bearing off-bed activity time,fracture healing rate were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant（ P 〉 0. 05）. The anxiety and depression levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）one month after operation. Patients’ satisfaction degrees in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： High quality nursing service can accelerate function recovery of lower limb of the postoperative patients with femoral neck fracture,positively impact patients’ mental health,ameliorate the relationship between nurses and patients,improve satisfaction degree of nursing,it is worth to spread in the orthopedic clinic.
