摘要
文章以来自不同组织的172对主管—员工为研究对象,探讨魅力型领导对员工创造力的影响及创造自我效能感的中介效应。研究结果表明:魅力型领导有利于员工创造力的显著提高;创造自我效能感在魅力型领导与员工创造力之间起中介作用,即魅力型领导会激发员工的创造自我效能感,进而促进员工创造力的提高。文章最后讨论了研究结论及研究局限。
Taking 172 pairs of leader-employee from different organizations as the research object, the paper explores the impact of charismatic leadership on employees' creativity and the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy. The results show that: Charismatic leadership improves employees' creativity significantly;Creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship between charismatic leadership and employees' creativity, namely charismatic leadership can inspire employees' creative self- efficacy and thus improve employees' creativity. Finally,this paper discusses the conclusions and limitations of the study.
