藏药宽筋藤的化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

Phytochemical and Pharmacological Research Advances of Kuan Jin Teng,a Tibetan Medicinal Plants

藏药宽筋藤是一种调补气血、舒筋活络、镇心安神的传统藏药,主要含有二萜类、木脂素等类化学成分。药理实验证明,宽筋藤具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗辐射、抗利什曼、免疫抑制等作用。本文对近年来国内外有关宽筋藤化学成分及其药理作用的研究作一综述,为进一步研究开发利用宽筋藤的药用价值提供参考。

Kuan Jin Teng,a kind of traditional Tibetan medicine,has functions of harmonizing qi and blood,dredging channels and calming,which diterpenes and lignans are main chemical constituents. Pharmacological investigations show that Kuan Jin Teng has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti radiation, anti-Leishmania and immunosuppressive effects. This paper summarizes the worldwide researches on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Kuan Jin Teng and laying reference basis for further research and development of medicinal value of Kuan Jin Teng with aims to improve its ability of curing disease.
