摘要
介绍295/75R22.5 14PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 010 mm,断面宽度308mm,行驶面宽度220 mm,行驶面弧度高9 mm,胎圈着合直径571 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.84,胎面采用4条纵向花纹沟结构,花纹深度17.2 mm,花纹周节数84,花纹饱和度73.4%。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,1^#和2^#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3^#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型,蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。
In this paper,the design of 295/75R22.5 14PR tubeless TBR tire was presented. In the structure design,overall diameter was 1 010 mm,cross-sectional width was 308 mm,width of running surface was 220 mm,arc height of running surface was 9 mm,bead diameter was 571 mm,bead width was 254 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) was 0.84,four longitudinal groove structure was used,tread depth was 17.2 mm,number pattern pitch was 84,block/total ratio was 73. 4%. In the construction design,two formula and two block tread structure was applied,3+9×0.22+0.15 HT steel cord was used in carcass,3×0.20+6×0.35 HT steel cord was adopted in the 1^# and 2^# belt layers,3×4×0.22 HE steel cord was used in 3^# belt layer,and 3×7×0.20 HE steel cord was applied in 0° belt layer. The tire was built using single stage building machine and cured with steam curing press. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance of the tire met the requirements of national standards,and the endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standards.
