肌位诱导咬合板结合几丁糖粘弹补充疗法在不可复关节盘前移位的疗效观察

Curative effect of muscle induced bite plate combined with chitosan viscoelastic replacement therapy on anterior disc displacement without reduction

目的探讨治疗不可复关节盘前移位过程中肌位诱导咬合板结合几丁糖粘弹补充疗法的治疗效果。方法选取该院2013年1月-2015年12月所收治的患有不可复关节盘前移位的患者90例作为研究对象,将90例患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者行关节腔上腔灌洗后注射透明质酸钠,研究组患者采用肌位诱导咬合板结合几丁糖粘弹补充疗法,治疗一段时间后,对两组患者的恢复状况进行对比分析。结果治疗后对照组开口度的改变程度小于研究组,研究组的总有效率(84.4%)高于对照组的总有效率(69.9%),研究组在Helkimo指数方面优于对照组,治疗前后差值(9.17±1.72),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌位诱导咬合板结合几丁糖粘弹补充疗法治疗不可复关节盘前移位效果明显。

【Objective】To investigate the effect of muscle induced bite plate combined with chitosan viscoelastic replacement therapy on anterior disc displacement without reduction（ADDwo R）.【Methods】Ninety cases of ADDwo R admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and research group. Articular upper-cavities of patients in the control group were injected with sodium hyaluronate after lavage, patients in the research group adopt muscle induced occlusal plate combined with chitosan viscoelastic replacement therapy. A comparative analysis was conducted on the recovery of two groups of patients after a period of treatment.【Results】After treatment the change in the opening degree of the control group was less than that of the research group, the pain degree of the research group was lighter than that of the control group, the total efficacy of the research group（84.4%） was higher than that of the control group（69.9%）, the Helkimo index of the research group was superior to that of the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Muscle induced bite plate combined with chitosan viscoelastic replacement therapy has obvious effects in the treatment of ADDwo R.
