摘要
针对传统的纯电动汽车电驱动故障诊断系统在整车CAN网络上传递的信号存在响应效率较低的缺点,建立独立的CAN网络,采用SAE-J1939通信协议,制定相应的CAN报文。电驱动故障诊断采用在线检测和离线自检测,并建立相应的故障诊断策略和处理措施,提高了故障诊断的准确性和全面性,使得车辆行驶更加安全。
According to the traditional fault diagnosis system for electric drive of electric vehicle(EV) conveys information is low efficiency on the vehicle CAN network,a new fault diagnosis system CAN is established in this paper.According to SAE-J1939,the development of a reasonable CAN message.The fault diagnosis system for electric drive uses online diagnosis and offline diagnosis,establishing the corresponding fault diagnosis strategy,which improves the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the fault diagnosis system,and makes the vehicle safer.
