低强度激光照射对运动激素代谢的影响分析

摘要 目的:研究低强度激光照射对运动激素代谢功能的改善性,促进运动员的身体健康,提高运动训练水平。方法:通过低强度激光照射进行血糖干预,分析测试运动员体内的运动激素代谢核酸基与蛋白多肽差异性特征,建立运动激素代谢的促进性影响分析模型。以运动员有氧代谢效率和运动激素代谢的衰落特性作为指标,分析低强度激光照射下心率变化和运动激素代谢变化,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件对运动激素代谢水平作数理统计分析。结果:低强度激光照射对调节纤维激酶凋亡具有显著性、差异性,运动骨骼肌免疫细胞凋亡指数的显著性相关度满足P>0.05,通过低强度激光照射对运动骨骼肌免疫细胞凋亡抑制性能较好,从而促进运动激素代谢的生成,提高细胞的活跃度。结论:通过低强度激光照射,可提升运动激素代谢水平,改善人体的运动机能。 Objective: to study the low intensity laser irradiation on exercise to improve sex hormone metabolism, promote the athlete' s health, improve the level of sports training. Methods : by means of low intensity laser irradiation blood glucose intervention, analysis test player movement in the body hormone metabolism of nucleic acid and protein polypeptide characteristics, sports promote analysis of the influence of hormone metabolism model is set up. To athletes aerobic metabolism efficiency and the decline of hormone metabolism characteristics as indicators, analysis of heart rate under low intensity laser irradiation and hormone metabolism changes, using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for sports hormone metabolism analysis of mathematical statistics. Results: low intensity laser irradiation has significant differences on regulating fibre kinase apoptosis, movement of skeletal muscle immune cell apoptosis index of significant correlation content, with low intensity laser irradiation are immune to movement of skeletal muscle apoptosis inhibition performance is better, to promote movement of hormone metabolism, improve cell activity. Conclusion: low intensity laser irradiation, can promote sports hormone metabolism, improve the motor function of human body.
