摘要
介绍一种新型圆筒筛,将传统的一体化焊接形式优化为筛架与筛板分离的形式,便于筛板的更换,延长了筛架的实际使用寿命。以φ4.7 m×6 m棒磨机用圆筒筛为例,对筛架结构进行优化,引入有限元方法进行分析,以充分保证其强度及刚度,并对该圆筒筛的选型过程进行了介绍。
The paper introduced a new-type trommel which was characterized by separation of sieving frame from sieving plate instead of traditional integral welding mode, thus the sieving plate was easy to be replaced, and service lifespan of the sieving frame prolonged. Taking the trommel matching forφ4.7 m×6 m rod mill as the example, its sieving frame was optimized in structure, and FEA method was applied to conduct analysis, so as to ensure its strength and stiffness. Moreover, the sizing of the trommel was introduced.
