Effects of High Temperature Annealing Process on Forsterrite Quality in Grain-oriented Silicon Steel

摘要 高温退火工序是影响取向硅钢底层质量的重要环节。研究了高温退火过程中一次均热温度和时间、二次升温速率及不同气氛条件对取向硅钢底层质量的影响。结果表明:较低的一次均热温度(530-630℃)、较长的一次均热时间(30h及以上)、较低的二次升温速率(12℃/h)及相对较高的氢气含量气氛条件(75%H2+25%N2)有助于形成良好的硅酸镁底层。 High temperature annealing is an important process for forsterrite quality in grain- oriented silicon steel. Effects of temperature and time of first soaking, rate of secondary tempera- ture rise, and different atmasphere condition on the forsterrite quality of grain-oriented silicon steel are studied in the high temperature annealing process. The resuRs show that low first soaking tem- perature(530-630 ℃ ), a long first soaking time(30 h and above), low secondary heating rate (12 ℃/h) and atmosphere condition with high H2 content (75%H2+25%N2) contribute to the good formation property of forsterrites.
